Our programs are designed to render the greatest return on
investment that employers can achieve in developing their
workforce, both in terms of skill building and professional
growth. Each program is custom tailored to an employer's needs,
which are surveyed carefully through pre-meetings with decision-makers
before services are provided. We build group participation
activities into each session in support of discussion and
PowerPoint slide presentations. Homework between sessions
stimulates application of concepts, and role-playing generates
commitment and mastery. Another value added feature of Signet
Health Solutions is the ongoing availability of our consultants
to respond to issues, provide coaching, etc. above and beyond
the formal program that is purchased, at no additional fee.
Each program includes follow-up "Reunion Groups"
to measure success, troubleshoot barriers to improvement,
and coaching to advance to the next level of development -
a unique feature that reflects our commitment to fostering
